One owner, one truck, and a yard treated like it's his
Emerald Solutions is Jake Stoodt's company. He started it in 2025, he answers the phone, he prices the job, and he is the one on the mower.
Why people keep him
Two things come up when customers describe Jake. The first is pride: he takes more care over a yard than they expected from someone they hired to mow it, and treats every house like it is his own. The second is communication: he stays in touch from the first text until the job is done, and if rain moves a day or a job runs long, he tells you before you have to ask.
He hears "you're young" and "it's just mowing" a lot. His answer to both is to show the work, which is why the gallery is on this site and why the first customers he took on in 2025 are still on the route.
The company started with lawn care and is growing on purpose into two things: more pressure washing and hardscape projects, and more commercial grounds work for businesses, landlords and property managers around Pensacola.
