Lawn care that shows up the same day every week

Mowing, edging, trimming and blowing on a weekly or biweekly plan. The same person, the same day, and a text if anything changes.

It is not just mowing. A yard that gets cut at the right height, edged along every walk and bed, trimmed around the fence and the mailbox, and blown clean before we leave looks different from one that got run over with a mower, and everyone on the street can tell. That is what a weekly or biweekly plan with Emerald Solutions gets you.

Jake runs the route himself. You get the same person, on the same day, every week or every other week, and a text if weather pushes it. The mower is set for your grass, centipede high, St. Augustine higher, bahia whatever it takes, because scalping a Panhandle lawn in July is how it goes brown. If you would rather we push mow a small or tight yard instead of running the zero-turn, say so and we will price it that way.

Plans are priced by the yard, not by the hour. Text a photo of the front and back or just send the address and you will have a number the same day. Weekly is what keeps a Pensacola lawn looking kept from April through October; biweekly works for slower-growing centipede and for the cooler months. Either way there is no contract to sign and no fee to stop.

We also keep up commercial grounds: rentals, small offices, church lots and HOA common areas, on the same kind of schedule with one invoice and a text when each stop is done.

Lawn Care: what people ask first

  1. How much is weekly lawn care?

It depends on the yard, so we price it by the yard. Send the address or a couple of photos and Jake will text you a weekly and a biweekly price the same day. There is no contract and no charge to stop.

  2. Weekly or biweekly?

Weekly from spring through early fall if you have St. Augustine or a fertilized lawn, because it grows that fast. Biweekly suits centipede and the cooler months. We will tell you which one your yard actually needs rather than sell you the bigger one.

  3. What happens if it rains on my day?

You get a text. We move you to the next dry day and you are first on it. You will never be left wondering whether we are coming.

  4. Do I need to be home?

No. If the gate is unlocked and the dogs are inside, we come and go, and you get a text when it is done.

  5. Do you fertilize or treat weeds?

Our plans are mowing, edging, trimming and blowing. Ask about fertilizing and weed control and Jake will tell you what your yard needs and whether we do it or point you to someone who does.

  6. Can you mow a commercial lot or a rental?

Yes. Small commercial and rental properties are a growing part of our route. Send us the list of addresses and you get one invoice and a text per stop.
