Pressure washing for driveways, houses and storefronts
Driveways, walks, patios, fences, house exteriors and storefronts. Algae, mildew and grime off, early in the morning, gone before you notice.
Pensacola gets close to seventy inches of rain a year and the humidity never really leaves. Concrete on the shady side of a house goes green, brick goes black in the mortar lines, and a fence turns grey and mildewed within a couple of summers. Pressure washing is the fastest change you can make to how a property looks from the street, and it is the service we most want to grow.
We wash driveways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks, fences, house exteriors, and commercial storefronts and dumpster pads. The pressure and the cleaner are matched to the surface: high pressure on concrete, low pressure and a soft wash on siding, stucco and painted surfaces where high pressure would strip paint or push water behind the wall. Plants near the work get rinsed before and after.
Driveway washing is what most people call about first. It takes a few hours, you can park on it again the same day once it dries, and it makes a fifty-year-old drive in East Hill look like it was poured last year. Fence washing is the most underrated: a grey wood fence comes back to the colour of the wood.
For businesses we come early, before you open, and keep water and noise off your customers. Storefront sidewalks, entries, and back-of-house pads on a monthly or quarterly schedule are the kind of recurring work we are building the business around.

Pressure Washing: what people ask first
How much does driveway pressure washing cost?
It is priced by the size of the drive and how bad it is, so send a photo or the address and you will get a number the same day. Adding the walk and the patio while we are set up is usually the best value.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
Not the way we do it. Siding, stucco and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaner that does the work, not the pressure. High pressure is for concrete and pavers.
How long before I can use the driveway?
Same day. Once it is dry, usually a couple of hours in summer, you can park on it. A sealed or painted surface needs longer, and we will tell you if that applies.
Do you use bleach?
For algae and mildew on concrete and siding, yes, a diluted cleaner is what actually kills it so it stays clean longer. We rinse plants and beds before and after and keep it off anything it should not touch. If you would rather we skip it, say so.
Can you wash our storefront before opening?
Yes. Early morning is how we do all commercial washing, so the walk is dry and clear before your first customer.
How often should I have it done?
Once a year keeps most Pensacola driveways and fences clean. A shaded north-facing drive or a busy storefront wants it more often. We will tell you what we see rather than sell you a schedule you do not need.
