What we do with what you send us
Short version: we use what you send us to price your job and talk to you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your job.

What we collect
When you fill in the form on this site, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your address or ZIP code, and whatever you write in the description box. That is all of it. We do not ask for payment details, and the form never will.
When you call, text or email us directly, we keep whatever you tell us in that conversation for the same reasons.
Form submissions are delivered to the customer-management system we use to track jobs and follow-ups. It holds that information on our behalf and under our instructions, and it is not allowed to use it for anything else. The form sends the fields above and the time you sent it; it does not send your IP address or details about your device.
What we do with it
- Call, text or email you back about the yard. Jake reads every form himself and calls or texts back the same day, or first thing the next morning at the latest. A form sent on a Saturday night is handled Sunday morning. Quotes are free.
- Work out a price, which for a project usually means visiting the address you gave us.
- Order materials and schedule the work if you hire us.
- Follow up afterward to make sure the job is right.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to marketing companies. If a supplier or a helper needs your address to work on your job, they get that and nothing more.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not turn into work are kept for about two years in case you come back to the project. Records for jobs we completed are kept longer, because invoices and any questions about the work require it.
This website
This site uses no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies and no third-party scripts, and it stores nothing in your browser. It is served over an encrypted connection.
Your choices
Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of completed work. Ask us what we have on file and we will tell you. Call (657) 779-1847 or email hello@emeraldsolutionsfl.com.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
